Water Classes
Our water classes come in a variety of fun and fitness, each one focused on the safety and success of the participants. From restorative classes designed by the Arthritis Foundation to build strength for joint support and restore balance and confidence to reduce fall risk while aiding in relief from inflammation to Zumba in the water where you can dance and splash your cares away. Group water classes are a wonderful way to socialize and make friends with people just like you.
A buoyancy aided combination of shallow water cardio moves and deep-water exercises. Additional toning work using buoyant barbells and noodles complete this awesome water workout!
This non-impact class incorporates water walking with joint manipulation exercises. Focus centers on increasing range of motion in all of the joints, as well as strengthening surrounding muscle groups for joint stabilization. Deep water is used for balance and long-range movement.
