Food can be so delicious. That is not a bad thing. Everyone loves a great bite of scrumptious yumminess. We also understand that the food we eat provides the fuel our minds and bodies operate on. For our best health, we must balance our intake utilizing the extensive research and experience that has been gathered.

Performance Nutrition 101 is a brief article which presents basic nutritional information provided by dotFIT, an organization whose chief focus is understanding research on nutrition as it relates to athletic performance.
